Ground beef $6.00 per pound

Steaks

• Sirloin $26.00 per package (2 steaks per package, ~ 2 lbs total)
• NY Strip $16.00 per package ((2 steaks per package, ~ 0.8 lbs total)
• Filet $12.00 per package (2 steaks per package, ~ 0.4 lbs total)
• Ribeye $28.00 per package (2 steaks per package, ~ 2 lbs total)

Bulk Prices

Bulk is $8 per lb hanging weight, including processing

• 750 lbs live steer
• 450 lbs total hanging weight
• Quarter 112.5 lbs— $900
• Half 225 lbs— $1800
• Full beef 450 lbs — $3150 ($7 per lb)

Hanging weight x 0.6 = finished product weight typically

• Typical break down is:
• 30% steaks
• 30% ground beef
• Rest is roasts, brisket, stew meat, cubes, etc.

You can also get organs, fat, bones, etc

Typically we do a deposit of the estimated hanging weight, get the final weights after processing, then remainder on delivery. If you do the bulk, we can get you in touch with the processor to specify some cuts, etc.
